As a freelance engineer, I translated the operating needs of small organizations into production business systems. The work covered requirements, transaction flows, administrative tools, deployment, and subsequent changes informed by staff feedback. Systems for PIMADAZIWIN and Jeongjin replaced manual steps with workflows tailored to how each organization operates.

I defined transaction boundaries and data validation around customer and administrative actions, with particular attention to conflicting updates and recovery from failed operations. The result was a more traceable process for staff and a more dependable service for customers.
